R.C. International, owned by Rolando Cascia , is a mechanical turning workshop that produces small, turned metal hardware parts.

We use automatic CNC multi-axis lathes which means that we are able to supply more complex parts at competitive prices.

In particular, the distinguishing feature of our production lies in the range of turned pipe from a minimum diameter of 10mm to a maximum of 60mm, in a variety of metal (stainless steel, aluminium, brass, steel, etc.) and plastic (PVC, Derlyn, Nylon, Teflon) materials. We produce the parts either from a drawing or from a sample, depending on the client’s requirements.

Since 2008, thanks to the purchase of very high production, transfer screw machines, we have specialized in turning lead and stainless steel pipe, from a minimum diameter of 4mm to a maximum of 80mm, in lengths up to 600mm, with internal and external threading, plug gauge- guaranteed, and with a production capacity of over 10,000,000 pieces/year.
